MEFF  undertook a long process of adapting its legislation, culminating in the authorisation and publication in the BOE (Official Bulletin) of Royal Decree 1282/2010 of 15th October, which regulates secondary markets for Futures, Options and other financial instruments, together with the approval by the CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, Spanish Regulator) of a new Rulebook, on January 5th 2011, which allowed the launch of MEFF POWER in March 2011.
